This 52-year-old woman is a wife, a mother of two daughters (12 and 16) and a fur-mumma. 

As a solo business owner, wife, and busy mum of teen girls, Nicole understands the challenges that women face, especially those over 45. She is committed to helping improve women's health, fitness, and wellness.  

Her ultimate goal is to empower women to feel their best by making small changes to their lifestyle and eating habits so they can regain regain control of their mind and body. She works collaboratively with women, their GP and other health professionals to instil confidence and inspire positive change in the ladies she works with.
